Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience within an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting abilities.
• English and Turkish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through offer and hire.
• Collaborate with sourcing and administration teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Lead vacancy consultations, agreeing recruitment strategies, timelines, and selection processes.
• Present and advise on high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Support hiring managers with interview feedback, hiring decisions, and offer recommendations.
• Monitor recruitment progress, identify potential challenges, and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance within relevant systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing across the account.
