This role focuses on partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, building sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and shaping talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Sourcing passive candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialist, niche, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use market insights and sourcing metrics to inform decision-making.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and sourcing expertise to identify and engage high-calibre talent.
• Source and attract both active and passive candidates using a range of sourcing channels and tools.
• Conduct consultative candidate conversations to assess skills, experience, motivations, and suitability.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists with clear recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Provide talent market insights and sourcing expertise to influence recruitment strategies.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Use data and sourcing metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes and sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote diverse talent pools and inclusive hiring practices.
