You’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines while delivering exceptional candidate experiences and maintaining recruitment data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support sourcing activities.
• Identify and engage potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including professional networking platforms and social media.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent for a range of roles and markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations to assess suitability and interest.
• Leverage market insights, research, and data to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
• Create compelling candidate experiences through proactive communication and relationship building.
• Present candidate profiles and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure candidate and recruitment data is accurately maintained across recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to team success.
