Aon seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist, Global Executive Recruitment, to shape and execute creative search strategies for top executive talent globally. You will build pipelines, engage candidates, and partner with hiring managers to align search plans with business needs.

In this hybrid Kraków-based role, you will leverage market insights and advanced sourcing techniques to attract high-impact leaders while delivering a superior candidate experience and contributing to Aon's leadership pipeline

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition/sourcing, with expertise in candidate identification, talent mapping, and talent pipelining of executive-level talent globally
• Proficient in using various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
• Able to complete multiple tasks under short time constraints while demonstrating prioritization of project work
• Demonstrated through experience, a team player with the ability to work independently
• Organized, and comfortable working with data and reporting on key matrix
• High level of professionalism, and ability to communicate well with candidates, recruitment partners, and leaders in English

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects for open requisitions and pipelines using online resources and company databases
• Monitor market movements and industry trends to deliver talent market insights
• Partner with the recruitment team in intake calls with hiring managers, clarifying hiring needs and providing sourcing plans
• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach through the recruitment process
• Drive innovation in executive recruitment by exploring new technologies, AI-powered solutions, and research approaches
