Qualifications

This is an Early Careers Coordinator role to support interns and program delivery.
Experience coordinating internship or talent development programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination, and administration of programs for emerging professionals and internships.
Create and manage program communications, newsletters, resources, and participant updates.
Maintain program data, reports, dashboards, and survey results with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate orientations, learning sessions, networking events, and other virtual or in-person activities.
Provide timely support to interns, managers, ambassadors, and stakeholders.
Track key achievements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution.
