Job summary

Insightland, based in Wrocław, is seeking a Business Development Manager (SEO & AI Search) who will lead meaningful sales conversations and manage the sales process for our innovative services. You will collaborate with our dedicated team while providing tailored solutions to clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in selling SEO and digital marketing services, with the ability to communicate effectively in Polish and English.

We offer a competitive salary (9 000 – 12 000 PLN net) along with a commission structure, a supportive and experienced team, and opportunities to develop your expert brand.

Qualifications

• Must live in Wrocław or nearby and be open to working from the office.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting ideas.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Initiating conversations with potential clients.
• Managing the sales process from start to agreement.
• Analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with the SEO and analytics team.

Skills

Experience selling SEO, AI Search, or digital marketing services

Understanding of technical and content aspects of SEO

Effective communication in Polish and English

Ability to translate client needs into solutions
