Job summary

Insightland, a team of SEO & GEO specialists, seeks a lead to drive SEO and GEO projects from strategy to execution. You will translate client goals into actionable plans, diagnose visibility challenges, and partner with technical and content teams to implement changes.

You will join a team with strong technical expertise, able to diagnose indexing, rendering, IA and migration issues while prioritising actions by business impact. Proficient Polish and English are required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in SEO and managing projects.
• Experience with clients and understanding business context of SEO (traffic, conversions, revenue).
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO (indexing, rendering, IA, internal linking, migrations).
• able to work with DEV teams and explain complex topics to technical and business stakeholders.
