Job summary

DCG in Poland is seeking a skilled Business/IT Analyst to drive software product delivery. You will gather and document business and functional requirements, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with developers in Agile/Scrum teams.

Design UX concepts and prototypes using Figma to shape the marketplace experience. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, clear documentation, and English communication with international partners.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma.
Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers.
Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Conduct UX reviews and contribute to the end-to-end user experience of the marketplace.
Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
