Job summary

Ruijie Reyee is seeking a Network Pre-Sales Engineer in Warsaw to support sales teams and partners with design expertise, PoC testing, and technical value propositions. Qualifications

3+ years in network pre-sales or maintenance.
Strong expertise in Switching, Routing, and WLAN.
CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
Working proficiency in English and Ukrainian is mandatory; Polish or Romanian is a plus.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with a proactive attitude toward resource integration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Provide training and technical support to sales teams and channel partners to enhance their independent project delivery capabilities.
Localize marketing materials and lead the pilot testing of new products/solutions to meet the specific needs of the local market.
Collaborate on key projects to provide solution designs, PoC testing, and technical value propositions for customers.
Establish local service processes (including RMA), manage service quality, and conduct certified technical training for partners.
Partner with the R&D and TAC teams to resolve complex technical issues and test new product features.
