• 3+ years in network pre-sales or maintenance.
• Strong expertise in Switching, Routing, and WLAN.
• CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
• Working proficiency in English and Ukrainian is mandatory; Polish or Romanian is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a proactive attitude toward resource integration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support to sales teams and channel partners to enhance their independent project delivery capabilities.
• Localize marketing materials and lead the pilot testing of new products/solutions to meet the specific needs of the local market.
• Collaborate on key projects to provide solution designs, PoC testing, and technical value propositions for customers.
• Establish local service processes (including RMA), manage service quality, and conduct certified technical training for partners.
• Partner with the R&D and TAC teams to resolve complex technical issues and test new product features.
