Job summary

Ruijie Reyee is seeking a Network Pre-Sales Engineer in Warsaw to support sales teams and partners with design expertise, PoC testing, and technical value propositions. • Solution & Marketing: Localize marketing materials and lead the pilot testing of new products/solutions to meet the specific needs of the local market.
• Pre‑sales Support: Collaborate on key projects to provide solution designs, PoC (Proof of Concept) testing, and technical value propositions for customers.
• Service & Post‑sales: Establish local service processes (including RMA), manage service quality, and conduct certified technical training for partners.
• R&D/TAC Liaison: Partner with the R&D and TAC teams to resolve complex technical issues and test new product features.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in network pre‑sales or maintenance, preferably with SIs or VADs.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Switching, Routing, and WLAN (Cisco, Aruba, or Huawei experience is highly valued).
• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
• Languages: Working proficiency in English and Ukrainian is mandatory. Proficiency in Polish or Romanian is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward resource integration and problem-solving.
