Job summary

Techland is seeking an Outsourcing & Procurement Manager to build and manage a network of vendors and external studios, ensuring access to partners with the right quality, cost, and speed, while securing contracts that protect intellectual property and project schedules.

You will collaborate closely with Producers, Legal, Finance, and Marketing; own end-to-end sourcing (RFI/RFP/RFQ), negotiate and structure MSAs and SOWs, oversee vendor delivery, monitor KPIs, and enforce compliance including

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, vendor management, or outsourcing management, with at least 3 years in games or related industry.
• Hands-on experience managing external development, art, QA, or localization vendors on shipped titles.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contracts, SOWs, IP ownership, and milestone-based payments.
• Knowledge of game production pipelines and milestone structures.
• Analytical skills with budgets, rate cards, and spend reporting.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategy per project and category.
• Source and evaluate external partners for art production, co-development, QA, mocap, localization, and marketing.
• Run end-to-end sourcing processes: RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and award.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and track realized savings.
• Maintain procurement policies, approval workflows, and purchasing controls.
• Onboard vendors and manage delivery, milestones, and quality.
• Enforce information security standards for unreleased builds, assets, and access controls.
• Ensure GDPR and anti-corruption compliance; manage risk and contingency plans.
• Budget with Finance and Producers; report spend and savings to leadership.
