Job summary

Techland is seeking an Outsourcing & Procurement Manager to build and manage a network of vendors and external studios, ensuring production has access to the right partners at the right quality, cost, and speed, while securing contracts that protect intellectual property and project schedules.

You will collaborate with Producers, Legal, Finance, and Marketing across Warsaw and Wrocław, owning end-to-end sourcing, contracts, and vendor performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, vendor management, or outsourcing management, with at least 3 years in games or related creative/digital industry.
• Hands-on experience managing external development, art, QA, or localization vendors on shipped titles.
• Strong negotiation, contracts, IP ownership, and milestone-based payment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategy per project and category.
• Source and evaluate external partners for art production, co-development, QA, mocap, localization, LQA, marketing, and PR.
• Run end-to-end sourcing processes: RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and award.
• Negotiate and structure MSAs, SOWs, and milestone-based payments; protect IP and set penalties.
• Onboard vendors, track milestones, quality, and budget; resolve issues early.
