Job summary

Techland, a leading Polish game developer with studios in Wrocław and Warsaw, is seeking an Outsourcing & Procurement Manager to build and manage a vendor network, securing partners by quality, cost, and speed while protecting IP and schedules.

You will collaborate with Producers, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to drive procurement strategy, negotiate agreements, manage vendor performance, and ensure GDPR/compliance across titles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, vendor management, or outsourcing, with 3+ years in games or related creative/digital industry.
• Hands-on experience managing external development, art, QA, or localization vendors on shipped titles.
• Strong negotiation skills and solid grasp of contracts, SOWs, IP ownership, and milestone-based payments.
• Understanding of game production pipelines and milestone structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategy per project and category; source and evaluate external partners.
• Negotiate and structure MSAs, SOWs, and milestone-based payments with Legal.
• Onboard vendors, track milestones, budgets, and quality; resolve issues early.
• Run vendor reviews with KPIs like on-time delivery and defect rate.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and security for unreleased assets.
