Job summary

HedgeServ, a global fund administration firm, is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to oversee NAV calculation processes and client relationships. You will manage a team of up to 10 staff, ensure timely reporting, and drive improvements in workflows and procedures.

The role emphasizes leadership, deep fund accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with Directors and AVP. Flexible training and AML/KYC induction are provided, with remote, hybrid, or office-based work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance
• 6 years’ hedge fund administration experience
• Intention to actively pursue ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA would be an advantage
• IT literate with strong English communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Build and support client relationships with HedgeServ stakeholders
• Ensure NAV calculations are timely and accurate
• Lead and support a team of up to 10 employees
• Review and resolve fund accounting enquiries and aged items
• Oversee fund audits and preparation of fund financial statements
• Develop NAV calculation workflows and training for staff
• Manage recruitment and performance evaluations for the team
• Address complex matters and lead special projects
