Job summary

HedgeServ Ltd in Poland is looking for a Fund Accounting Assistant Vice President to manage the overall NAV calculation process and client relationships. The role requires leading a team of up to 20 staff and ensuring timely delivery of NAV calculations while meeting service requirements for Hedge Fund Administration.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in Hedge Fund Administration. A benefits package including health insurance and remote work options is offered.

Qualifications

• 9 years’ experience working in a Hedge Fund Administration Firm, with at least 3 years at Manager level.
• Intention to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA).
• Ability to manage a team of up to 20 staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall NAV calculation process and client relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of NAV calculations.
• Review all aspects of the NAV process including complex financial instruments.
