Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead the NAV delivery for a global client base. You will supervise up to four Fund Accountants, review reconciliations, pricing and corporate actions, and support the audit process with a mentoring mindset.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance, 3+ years in hedge fund administration, and strong English skills. Flexible remote/ hybrid/ office work options are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 3+ years’ experience in hedge fund administration or similar.
• Accounting/finance/legal/business background with pursuit of professional qualification.
• IT literate with good English communication and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to 4 Fund Accountants and support NAV delivery.
• Review reconciliations, fund pricing, and corporate actions.
• Oversee cash, position, market value reconciliations and break items.
• Assist with audits and prepare fund financial statements.
• Develop the NAV team through training and mentoring.
• Ensure deadlines are met and client queries are resolved promptly.
