Job summary

HedgeServ seeks an experienced Fund Accounting Vice President to lead NAV calculations and related reporting for multiple clients. You will direct teams up to 30 staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while shaping system and process enhancements.

The role requires strong leadership, finance expertise, and the ability to work across HedgeServ’s service lines with an emphasis on client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum 12 years in Hedge Fund Administration at senior level with ≥3 years as AVP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction for fund accounting teams.
• Oversee NAV calculations, including fee calculations and P&L allocations.
• Manage multiple client relationships and ensure timely reporting.
• Recruit, train and evaluate fund accounting staff and handle escalations.
• Maintain control environment and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate client transitions and maintain broker/auditor relationships.
