Allegro seeks an experienced IT Software Procurement lead to manage the software category across On-Premise, Cloud, and SaaS. You will negotiate with global suppliers, optimize the contract portfolio, and mitigate vendor risks while aligning with Allegro Group needs.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, DPO, and Security to ensure compliant and cost-effective sourcing, and drive TCO optimization through market benchmarking and technology trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT software procurement experience in large-scale environments.
• Proof knowledge of licensing models for On-premise, Cloud, and SaaS.
• Strong negotiation maturity for discussions at all levels.
• Flexible and proactive in dynamic settings.
• Excellent analytical skills with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to consolidate volumes across Allegro Group.
• Knowledge of IT contract structures (SLA, GDPR, audits, exit strategy).
• English fluent business/negotiation communications (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the Software category (On-Premise, Cloud, SaaS) and contract portfolio.
• Conduct complex negotiations with global IT suppliers and local partners (RFx and Sole Source).
• Mitigate risks and control vendor dependencies; manage renewals and terminations.
• Coordinate needs across Allegro Group; consolidate purchasing terms.
• Collaborate with IT, Business, Finance, Legal, DPO, and Security to mitigate risks.
• Monitor IT/AI trends, benchmarks, and drive TCO optimization.
