Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking an experienced IT Software Procurement professional to lead end-to-end procurement across On-Premise, Cloud, and SaaS.

You will negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers and consolidates needs across Allegro Group to optimize purchasing terms. In this role you will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to mitigate risks, ensure licensing optimization, and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT software procurement experience in a dynamic, large-scale environment.
• Knowledge of licensing models across On-premise, Cloud, and SaaS.
• High negotiation maturity with ability to negotiate at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive in developing solutions in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Sheets; AI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT software procurement across On-Premise, Cloud and SaaS.
• Negotiate contracts with global IT suppliers and local partners in RFx and Sole Source modes.
• Mitigate risks, manage vendor dependencies, and execute renewals and amendments.
• Consolidate needs across Allegro Group and optimize purchasing terms.
• Collaborate with IT, Business, Finance, Legal, DPO, and Security to fulfill business needs.
