Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. seeks a high-impact Portfolio Manager to act as a strategic partner for BU Owners in Tech Platform and Data&AI. You will own transparent roadmaps, explain project statuses with data-driven justifications, and proactively mitigate risks and bottlenecks.

You will align commercial goals with technical roadmaps, lead executive briefings, and drive initiatives using metrics and automated tracking tools. This role offers hybrid work, generous benefits, and a strong autonomy.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management with ROI focus.
• Ability to translate complex portfolio data into business insights.
• Experience orchestrating Business-Tech Sync at director level.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to BU Owners in Tech Platform & Data&AI.
• Maintain roadmap transparency with senior leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and reprioritize resources.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executives clearly.
• Lead internal Tech Sync aligning commercial and technical priorities.
