Allegro Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Software Procurement professional in Poznań to lead end-to-end management of the Software category across On-Premise, Cloud and SaaS.

You will negotiate with global IT suppliers, optimize licensing, renewals and terms, and collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance and Security to reduce risk while supporting Allegro Group. Qualifications

• 5+ years IT procurement experience in large-scale environments.
• Knowledge of licensing models for On-Premise, Cloud, and SaaS.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinker; proficient with Excel/Sheets; AI tools a plus.
• Experience with IT contracts (SLA, GDPR) is beneficial.
• Fluent English in business/legal negotiations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Software procurement across On-Premise, Cloud, SaaS.
• Lead complex negotiation processes with global IT suppliers and partners.
• Mitigate risks and manage vendor dependencies, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Allegro Group stakeholders to consolidate needs and optimize terms.
• Monitor market trends and drive TCO optimization.
