You will analyze spend, optimize costs, manage supplier performance, and ensure contract compliance, while collaborating across functions in a hybrid work environment. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in indirect procurement, focused on Warehousing Equipment or Logistics.
• Proven track record negotiating with domestic and international vendors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop procurement categories in warehousing equipment and logistics.
• Drive sourcing strategies and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Partner with internal teams to meet business needs.
• Analyze spend data to identify savings and improvements.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and manage relationships.
• Coordinate with legal to finalize compliant contracts.
• Track milestones and procurement KPIs.
