Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Warsaw seeks a procurement professional focused on indirect categories (Professional Services, HR, Admin, Financial Services) to own end-to-end tender processes and drive savings.

You will partner with internal teams, manage supplier relationships, and ensure contract alignment while maintaining high standards of compliance. You will work in a hybrid setup with flexible hours and engaging learning opportunities, contributing to Allegro's scale in a fast-paced e-commerce

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in indirect procurement (Professional Services, HR, Admin, or Financial Services).
• Experience managing full end-to-end tender processes (A to Z) and negotiations with domestic and international suppliers.
• Strong ownership, structured organization, and assertiveness in complex stakeholder management under time pressure.
• Analytical mindset with data literacy to derive insights and optimize procurement spend.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume environments; e-commerce or multinational background preferred.
• Fluent Polish and English (B2/B/C1) for daily interaction with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Owning key categories: Managing and strategically developing procurement categories within Professional Services, including HR, Administration, Financial Services (banking relations, audits, legal, tax, consulting).
• Leading end-to-end RFx processes: Conducting tender processes, negotiating terms, and managing contract review.
• Business partnering & stakeholder management: Collaborating with internal business areas to identify needs and deliver sourcing solutions.
• Cost optimization & spend analytics: Analyzing spend data to identify cost savings and improvements.
• Supplier relationship management: Conducting cyclical performance evaluations to foster long-term partnerships.
• Ensuring compliance & contract alignment: Coordinating with Legal and Risk to ensure compliance.
• Tracking success: Monitoring milestones and procurement KPIs, evaluating client satisfaction.
