FORVIA in Legnica, Poland is seeking an HR Business Partner to align local people strategy with business needs, acting as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for employees within the perimeter.

You will lead organizational structuring, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, reports, and audits, coordinating external HR providers and working closely with the workers council where applicable.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role.
• Solid knowledge of local HR legislation.
• Strong Business Partner acumen with a consultant mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
• Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
• Coordination of the external HR service providers
• Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes
• Preparation of reports and analyses
• Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process
• Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas
• Close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable
