Frontiers is seeking an experienced Country Human Resources Advisor for our Warsaw HR team to support managers and employees across Poland on a broad range of People topics, with a focus on employee relations, labour law, performance management, compensation, onboarding, and local processes.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance to ensure global practices are effectively implemented locally, act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers,

Qualifications

• 10 years HR experience or more.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and employment practices.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers and employees across Poland.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations and performance concerns.
• Ensure local HR practices align with global standards and local laws.
• Support onboarding and local integration, including visa/work permit where needed.
• Collaborate with HR partners and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and compensation initiatives.
