Qualifications

• Minimum education level: BA/BSc in HR or related.
• 2–5 years of operative HR experience in an industrial setting.
• Solid knowledge of local HR legislation and business partnering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter.
• Manage organizational structure and recruitment processes.
• Handle operational administrative HR tasks and reporting.
