Job summary

Frontiers in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Country Human Resources Advisor to support managers and employees across Poland on employee relations, Polish labour law, performance management, compensation, onboarding and local HR processes.

You will work with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and the Compensation team to ensure global practices are applied locally, advise on employment requirements, and resolve employee matters.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of HR experience in generalist/advisor/partner roles.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and employment practices.
• Experience handling employee relations matters including disciplinary processes and grievances.
• Experience supporting performance management, compensation, onboarding and core HR processes.
• Understanding of Polish visa and work permit processes is an advantage.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with discretion.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Bachelor-level or equivalent qualification in HR/related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across Poland.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations matters including disciplinary cases and grievances.
• Maintain knowledge of Polish labour law and advise on changes.
• Represent Frontiers in interactions with local authorities.
• Collaborate with HR partners on performance management and recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate annual salary reviews for non-managerial employees in Poland.
• Partner with Compensation on local salary benchmarking and data accuracy.
• Support onboarding and local integration of new employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and handle confidential information.
