in Poland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to design, administer and maintain HR processes, coordinating services across the organisation while ensuring employee well-being and development. You will partner with People Managers, manage data accurately, support European HR, and drive process improvements with English business communication and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR department.
• Deep understanding of Human Resources.
• Personnel administration proficiency.
• English allowing business communication.
• Ability to understand stakeholders/business partners needs.
• Enhancing of cross organization cooperation.
• Ability to establish priorities.
• Good command of Excel.
• Strongly representing company values.
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management tools (ADP/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes across Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Lifecycle, Performance Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Administration, Employer Branding and Communication.
• Distribute workload within the Team.
• Partner with People Managers to execute People Strategy.
• Deliver HR services as SME with required quality and local legislation.
• Support Senior HR Manager with operational tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with European HR.
• Manage employee relations.
• Maintain and process employee data accurately, confidentially and timely.
• Ensure accurate data updates in HR systems.
• Respond to employee queries and requests.
• HR Controlling.
• Identify potential process improvements and participate in implementation.
• Participate in development of HR policies.
• Promote corporate culture.
