Job summary

Signify Poland is seeking a Plant HR Business Partner to join the site leadership team, translating business objectives into people strategies that enable operational excellence and sustainable growth. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, and HR strategy.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and talent development processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across multiple HR functions.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is essential, enabling effective collaboration with local employees, labor representatives, leadership teams, and global HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and operational plans.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Lead employee relations activities and proactively resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Work closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities and workforce forecasting.
• Performance, Learning & Development: Drive performance management and identify development opportunities.
• Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, audits, and Health & Safety requirements.
• HR Operations: Oversee compensation reviews, time reporting, and workforce administration, and monitor HR metrics.
