Job summary

Elastic seeks a Principal Product Manager to own the relationship between Elastic Security's product organization and its most strategic enterprise accounts. You will manage enhancement requests across many customers and translate their needs into a coherent product direction across multiple product areas.

You will prioritize requests with judgment and data, working with product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure shipped outcomes and a scalable roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience.
• 4+ years in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience with named strategic accounts; hyperscalers, MSSPs or PubSec is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain a structured system to track, prioritize, and respond to customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products.
• Synthesize input from many accounts into a single product direction.
• Turn input from strategic accounts into successful products.
• Feed validated customer patterns back into core product roadmaps.
