Job summary

Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of Elastic XDR, delivering end-to-end capabilities from requirements to shipped product.

You will coordinate with Engineering and Elastic Security Labs to shape detection, exposure, and remediation workflows in a fast-moving space. You will speak with senior security stakeholders, translate threat intel into product specs, and ensure cross-functional alignment across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security-related product management or technical marketing, with 3+ years in product development/technical field.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics.
• Experience building or owning products relying on heterogeneous data and integrations.
• Strong understanding of detection analytics and cyber threat landscape.
• Credibility with engineering and the ability to scope feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end: drive detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Expand telemetry and integrations with first- and third-party data sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management work, prioritizing based on exploitability and remediation workflows.
• Translate customer input and threat research into product requirements.
• Represent product in customer conversations with senior security stakeholders.
