Elastic Security is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of the XDR roadmap, from requirements to shipped product. You will collaborate with Engineering and Elastic Security Labs to deliver integrated detection and response capabilities across environments.

You will engage with customers, translate threat research into product improvements, and drive telemetry and data integrations. This role suits someone with strong technical credibility and a proven track record in security

Qualificações

• 5+ years in security‑related product management and 3+ years in a related product/technical field.
• Hands‑on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensic roles.
• Experience building or owning products relying on heterogeneous third‑party data and integrations.
• Strong analytics and threat understanding; familiarity with AI security is a plus.
• Technical credibility and ability to discuss architecture feasibility with engineers.
• Customer‑facing confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and convincing both technical and leadership audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end: drive detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Expand telemetry and integrations with first‑party Elastic data and third‑party sources to enable real environment correlation.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management prioritization based on exploitability and remediation workflow.
• Write clear requirements and translate customer input and threat research into product plans.
• Represent product in customer conversations and bring learnings back to the roadmap.
• Ensure capabilities work across deployment models from cloud to on‑premises to air‑gapped environments.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and GTM strategies.
• Create artifacts like roadmaps and memos to give stakeholders visibility without meetings.
