Job summary

Elastic Security is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own XDR, exposure, and vulnerability capabilities. You will guide cross-domain detection and response, coordinating with engineering and Security Labs to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience in security or B2B enterprise software with revenue impact.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR/EDR or SOAR-like workflows and detection automation.
• Understanding of exposure and vulnerability prioritization and threat models.

Responsibilities

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Lead expansion into exposure and vulnerability management with remediation workflows.
• Define the boundary between XDR and related surfaces like attack surface and cloud posture.
• Partner with Entity Analytics for asset criticality and context to improve prioritization.
• Serve as product voice with senior stakeholders and guide roadmap direction.
• Monitor competitive landscape and translate insights into differentiated strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering and Security Labs to ground requirements in threat research.
• Create artifacts like roadmaps and memos to keep customers informed without meetings.
