Job summary
Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to own Elastic Security's enterprise product direction and translate customer needs into a coherent roadmap across multiple product areas.
You will manage enhancement requests from strategic accounts, collaborate with product and engineering, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to support deals and roadmaps. This remote-first role involves travel to key accounts and exceeds typical quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software
- Experience with hyperscalers, MSSPs and/or PubSec is a plus
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into product roadmaps and requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts
- Translate customer requirements into shipped products across product areas
- Turn input from strategic accounts into successful products and partnerships
- Feed patterns back into core product roadmaps and influence direction
- Present roadmap updates to senior stakeholders (CISO, CTO, VP Security Operations)
