Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to guide ITDR within Elastic Security. You will shape vision, strategy, and execution for identity-threat detection and response across on-prem, cloud, and AI agents.

You will own the roadmap for securing non-human identities, collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers, and evangelize our approach to a global security community.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for security products such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic Security.
• Manage the plan for non-human and AI agent identities in Elastic Security and model service accounts, workloads, secrets, and self-directed agents.
• Work with threat research and detection engineering focusing on identity-specific threats and real-world adversary tactics.
• Drive the response and containment strategy; turn detections into action with identity-system integrations.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales, and solution architects to understand identity attack requirements.
• Develop investigation and response experiences with the design team, integrating identity signals with SIEM/XDR data.
• Gain knowledge of the identity-security market to develop a unique strategy and engage with analysts.
• Be the product expert and evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through content and community interaction.
