Ciklum in Poland is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to join our Delivery organization and support one strategic customer. You will partner with Technology Team Leads and business stakeholders to unblock teams and drive complex initiatives.

The role emphasizes cross‑team coordination, risk management, and proactive problem solving, with emphasis on delivering outcomes and clear communication to non‑technical stakeholders, leveraging Jira and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to understand complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology Team Leads and business stakeholders to drive cross‑team initiatives.
• Identify and remove delivery, technical and organizational bottlenecks.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language for decision making.
• Monitor programme health and risks; provide updates to senior IT stakeholders.
• Support cross‑team dependencies and escalation of issues to ensure timely delivery.
