Job summary

Logifuture in Poland is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead multiple Agile Scrum teams and drive high-quality software delivery. You will mentor engineers, align work to sprint goals, and partner with product owners to manage scope, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Agile knowledge, Jira proficiency, and experience with AI-assisted development tools. A background in iGaming frontend delivery for operator partners is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience leading software development teams in Agile Scrum.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and tools like Jira.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in software development methodologies and technologies used in company projects.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams with hands-on guidance and mentorship.
Drive Agile delivery and ensure alignment to sprint goals and project objectives.
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define scope, requirements and priorities; manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
Safeguard quality and scalability, promote best practices in development, testing and code quality.
Lead AI tooling adoption across the SDLC; upskill engineers and measure impact on delivery speed and quality.
Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement; communicate status, risks, and issues to senior management.
