Job summary

EDV Werke in Poland is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery across platform and infrastructure teams. The role is remote from Poland and operates on a B2B contract basis, coordinating DevOps, engineering, and architecture efforts to drive large transformation initiatives.

You will prioritize work, manage capacity, and align stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery and clear ownership. Strong Agile delivery experience and technical awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Delivery Manager or similar.
• Experience coordinating DevOps, Engineering, Architecture, or platform teams.
• Background in IT, infrastructure, platform engineering, or related technical environment.
• Strong skills in prioritization, capacity management, dependency management, and cross-team delivery coordination.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and IT delivery processes.
• Ability to understand networks, compute, storage, security, key management, and infrastructure dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DevOps, Engineers, and Architects within platform and infrastructure teams.
• Act as gatekeeper for incoming requests, prioritizing work, managing capacity, and assigning ownership.
• Coordinate operational tickets, technical activities, and larger transformation initiatives across teams.
• Manage sequencing, dependencies, and delivery priorities across technical teams and infrastructure areas.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively communicate delays, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication, ownership, and alignment.
• Support teams in balancing operational requests against project work and making appropriate delivery trade-offs.
• Clarify responsibilities, ownership, and backup arrangements while reducing administrative overhead for technical specialists.
