Job summary

Ciklum, a custom product engineering company, is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team in Poland. As part of a cross-functional development team, you will shape the architecture of client web apps and drive technical quality across projects.

You will collaborate with teams in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada and beyond, owning workstreams, proposing new processes, and delivering production-ready solutions. Fluent English and strong collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with modular API and UI patterns is required.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices is expected.
• Strong communication and collaboration in distributed teams across borders.

Responsibilities

• Set architectural direction for the client’s web app.
• Improve technical quality of the client's application.
• Own workstreams and track progress toward team goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada and beyond.
• Develop software that others want to use and communicate technical work to product teams.
• Propose and implement new processes and engineering practices for the team.
• Ensure changes are production-ready and maintainable.
