Job summary

AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG is seeking a senior business development leader to drive growth in Poland. You will lead the market development plan, engage in strategic negotiations, and expand our client base across Hi-Tech, Energy, OEM, and Pharma sectors.

You will strengthen partnerships, improve internal processes, and represent AsstrA locally to unlock new opportunities. Fluent German and English are required for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport.
• Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development.
• Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.
• Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market.
• Understanding of operational processes in logistics.
• Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business development strategy for the market.
• Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.
• Personally participate in key customer meetings, negotiations, and strategic commercial activities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Improve internal processes, cooperation, and operational performance.
• Represent AsstrA in the local logistics market.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients in Hi-Tech, Energy, OEM, and Pharma sectors.
• Leverage industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored logistics solutions for key accounts.
