Job summary

AsstrA in Warszawa is seeking a senior business development leader to drive growth across strategic markets. You will develop and implement the market strategy, lead key customer meetings, and shape commercial activities with cross-functional teams.

You will build strong relationships with clients in hi-tech, energy, OEM and pharma sectors, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored logistics solutions while influencing local commercial growth in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport.
Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development.
Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.
Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market.
Understanding of operational processes in logistics.
Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability.
Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the business development strategy for the market.
Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.
Participate in key customer meetings, negotiations, and strategic commercial activities.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
Improve internal processes, cooperation, and operational performance.
Represent AsstrA in the local logistics market.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients in Hi-Tech, Energy, OEM, and Pharma sectors.
Leverage industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored logistics solutions for key accounts.
