Job summary

2046 ALS Customs Services Sp. z o.o. seeks a senior leader to drive Poland's local business strategy and operations. You will manage P&L, lead the country team, and coordinate with international management to deliver growth and compliance.

The role requires strong strategy, finance and sales skills, with travel as needed to support international collaboration and business development.

Qualifications

Several years of leadership experience with business and P&L responsibility.
Strong experience in strategy, operations, sales and people management.
Knowledge of customs, logistics, freight forwarding or international trade is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English.
Enthusiasm for international collaboration and actively shaping change.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic, operational and financial development of the local entity in Poland.
Develop and implement local business, budget and sales plans with international management.
Manage performance using relevant KPIs and provide regular reports.
Develop standardised, customer-focused processes.
Grow the business through new customer acquisition, pricing and cross-selling.
Lead and develop the local management team and employees, fostering future leaders.
Ensure compliance with legal, customs and internal requirements; manage risk and data protection.
Collaborate with ALS entities and central functions on key projects and change initiatives.
Represent ALS with customers, authorities and other stakeholders.
