& Other Stories is a modern fashion brand offering storytelling through everyday wear. The Store Manager will own store performance, balance front-of-house energy with back-of-house efficiency, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and profitable results.

You will guide and empower your team to achieve operational excellence, recruiting and training new members, and maintaining a vibrant, customer-first store environment in Warsaw. Proficiency in Polish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer service by guiding the store team to deliver personalized styling advice and memorable in-store experiences.
• Interpret sales data to drive performance and ownership of commercial results.
• Inspire and lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to exceed standards.
• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding/training for new team members.
• Identify high-potential individuals and create tailored development plans.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including compliance and visual merchandising.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
