Job summary

You will analyze sales data, implement policies, motivate staff, and ensure brand standards across omnichannel initiatives. The role requires 12+ months supervisory experience and fluency in English and Hungarian.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of work experience in a sports and/or fashion retail environment with customer focus.
• At least 12 months of Supervisory/Team Leader experience.
• Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with commercial success of the store.
• Analyze sales data to increase net sales and KPIs.
• Lead service standards and maximize time spent selling while guiding team on the sales floor.
• Schedule team to serve consumers and execute tasks.
• Ensure legal and financial integrity of the store.
• Be a Brand advocate exhibiting the 3 Cs (Confidence, Collaboration, Creativity).
• Ensure in-store Brand execution and training on brand knowledge.
• Lead omnichannel initiatives and connect consumers to digital tools.
• Manage store operations per policies and procedures.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising and in-store communications to standard.
• Oversee merchandise deliveries and accessibility of product.
• Ensure POS accuracy and implement loss prevention policies.
