Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months in sports/fashion retail with customer and commercial focus.
• At least 12 months of Supervisory/Team Leader experience.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with advanced verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive the store's commercial success.
• Analyze sales data and make commercial decisions to increase net sales and KPIs.
• Lead and coach the store team on omnichannel tools and the digital customer journey.
• Ensure operations adhere to policies, visuals, merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Recruit and train store team and manage HR policies and performance feedback.
• Maintain a safe, productive shop environment and implement loss prevention policies.
