Job summary

Coccinelle S.p.A. is seeking a Store Manager for the Mokotow store in Warsaw. The role focuses on leading the team, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving store objectives through active supervision and motivation.

The candidate will guide the team, monitor KPIs, and ensure CRM and in-store marketing guidelines are applied to maximize sales and customer engagement across the Warsaw location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals.

• Supervise cash handling, CRM usage, replenishment and in-store marketing.
• Ensure store guidelines are implemented and spaces organized efficiently.
• Coordinate CRM data collection and clienteling activities.
