Job summary

COS is seeking a Floor Manager in Warsaw to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach the Sales Advisors toward excellent customer experiences. You will ensure standards are met, oversee onboarding, and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.

You will guide the team, analyze KPIs, and step in as Store Manager when needed to maintain leadership and performance. The role is full-time with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Customer-focused: you genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and lead by example.
• Product passion: you have a genuine interest in our products and share enthusiasm with customers.
• Eager to learn: open to feedback and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication: clear, confident, and empathetic in interactions.
• Adaptability & flexibility: able to adjust to priorities and requests.
• Good Polish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of customer service through expert styling advice and store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboard/train new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and development plans for progression.
• Oversee daily store operations aligning with brand standards.
• Act as brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity.
