Weareams is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to collaborate with recruiters and build a diverse pipeline. You’ll craft sourcing strategies, engage candidates, and support hiring discussions with market insights.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality shortlists and proactive communication with hiring teams. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple searches, and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and thoughtful advisory input.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Use your sourcing expertise and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
• Apply market knowledge and talent intelligence to contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls.
• Review and screen candidate applications, use various search techniques across LinkedIn, company websites and other sourcing tools to identify and engage diverse talent.
• Drive creative and non-linear sourcing approaches using conventional and unconventional channels.
• Deliver high-quality, well-engaged candidate shortlists with complete information to support informed hiring decisions.
• Provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates as an advisor to the team.
• Maintain timely, proactive communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers across levels.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline and flow of relevant candidates for each open role.

• Previous sourcing and application management experience
• Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data‑driven and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to work independently, deliver results with minimal supervision and maintain accountability.
