Job summary

AMS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker) based in Kraków to build high-quality pipelines across Germany and the wider EMEA region. You will collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to translate hiring needs into actionable search strategies and candidate outreach.

You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and compelling outreach to engage passive candidates while maintaining accurate candidate records in Oracle Fusion and other

In this role, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality talent pipelines across a diverse range of roles. You'll have the opportunity to develop beyond traditional sourcing activities by contributing to market insights, recruitment strategy discussions, and stakeholder-facing meetings while supporting a well-established financial services client.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do:

• Use advanced sourcing and candidate engagement techniques to identify, attract, and build pipelines of talent across Germany and wider EMEA region markets.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Consultants to support hiring activity from intake through to hiring manager shortlist delivery.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to provide insights that shape sourcing strategies and recruitment plans.
• Participate in vacancy briefing sessions, sourcing strategy discussions, and stakeholder meetings to understand hiring requirements and market challenges.
• Present candidate profiles, market intelligence, and sourcing recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pools for both current and future hiring needs across a wide range of functions and seniority levels.
• Utilize proactive sourcing methodologies to identify talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct candidate screening conversations to assess skills, experience, motivation, and suitability for opportunities.
• Create compelling outreach messages and effectively promote opportunities and the client value proposition to passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within Oracle Fusion and other recruitment systems.
• Use candidate, recruiter, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve sourcing approaches and hiring outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate research, or recruitment delivery within an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.
• Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction platforms.
• Knowledge of the German recruitment market is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates for challenging or specialist roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to interact directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate attraction.
• Strong partnering mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across recruitment teams and stakeholder groups.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience recruiting or sourcing within Financial Services environments.
• Experience supporting professional services, technology, customer service, or specialist hiring.
• Exposure to ATS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Avature, or similar recruitment technologies.
• Experience delivering talent mapping, competitor analysis, or market intelligence projects.
