Job summary

AMS is seeking a Specialist – Talent Sourcing to identify top candidates for our clients in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. You will search job boards, social networks, and professional networks to engage with potential matches and build a robust pipeline.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, manage candidate outreach, and drive quality hires while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

As a Specialist – Talent Sourcing you’ll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you’ll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll doing:

• Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
• Partner with recruiters to support sourcing efforts and ensure alignment with recruitment goals;
• Active Application Management: review, evaluate, and manage active applications for assigned roles;
• Proactively sourcing (identifying) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
• Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
• Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
• Maintaining agreed service levels and targets.
• Participating and contributing within team meetings.

Skills & Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must; additional European Language is desirable (German, Polish, Croatian, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability inproactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
• Strength instakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring needs.
• Ability toinfluence, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders, while building strong professional relationships.
• Ability topresent information credibly to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
• Great communication and presentation skills, attention to details and analytical thinking.
